Product Representation
We make every effort to display the colors, fabrics, and details of our products (including sarees, suits, kurtis, and gowns) as accurately as possible. However, because computer and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Bespoke Customization ("Design by Vandana Creation")
- We offer personalized, custom-tailored outfits conceptualized by our founder, Vandana Kesharwani.
- Measurement Accuracy: When opting for our custom-tailoring services, you are responsible for providing accurate body measurements. We will craft the garment based strictly on the measurements provided by you.
- Tailoring Timeline: Custom orders require specialized manual craftsmanship. Estimated delivery times for bespoke items will be communicated at the time of order placement and may vary from our ready-to-wear delivery timelines.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless specified.
- We reserve the right to change prices for our products or services at any time without prior notice.
- Payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and authorized mobile wallets. Your billing details are processed securely through encryption.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to various locations across India. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by shipping carrier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Our return and refund practices are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy:
- Ready-to-Wear Items: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, free of stains/scents, and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Custom-Made / Tailored Fits: Since custom items under our "Design by Vandana Creation" line are altered or stitched exclusively to your measurements, they are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- Order Cancellations: Ready-to-wear orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once our tailoring team has begun sourcing the fabric or cutting the patterns.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, branding, logos, trademarks, images, graphics, text, and design patterns featured on this Site—including the unique apparel designs conceptualized under the name "Design by Vandana Creation"—are the exclusive intellectual property of Vandana Creations.

7. Limitation of Liability
