We offer different return policies depending on whether your purchase is a Ready-to-Wear item or a Custom-Made/Tailored outfit.
Ready-to-Wear Collections
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other stains.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Have all original product tags attached.
Return Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted if the item is:
- Damaged
- Altered
- Used
- Soiled
- Missing original tags or packaging
Custom-Made & Tailored Fits (No Returns)
Our Design by Vandana Creation collection, custom-tailored outfits, and garments made or altered according to your specific measurements are created exclusively for you.
Because of their personalized nature:
- Returns are not accepted.
- Exchanges are not accepted.
- Refunds are not available.

Step 2: Ship the Product
Customers are responsible for:
- Returning the product to our store.
- Paying all return shipping charges.
Please note:
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refund Policy
Inspection
Once your returned product reaches us, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
